This has been a very busy spring. Among other things, I got to read an advance copy of “Death of a Diplomat”, the 6th volume of B.M. Allsop’s mystery series set in the beautiful islands of the Republic of Fiji, and starring her lovable cop Joe Horseman. I’ve enjoyed this series since the beginning, and the stories just get better.

This story has twists and turns and characters who really engaged me. There are so many wonderful details of Fiji police procedure and the roadblocks Joe has to contend with (especially the political ones). I love these characters, I was totally involved with them, and I could not stop reading.

I recommend you grab your copy as soon as it’s released on October 15th. Curl up with death in paradise!
